The overarching objective of the graduate program is to transition graduates from a higher learning institution to a work environment. We aim to help graduates become well- rounded young professionals with great prospects and a positive future.


Key Measures

  1. Assist PR and Communications Specialist with internal and external newsletters, print publications, social media, event management and other duties required in this area.
  2. Assist the Marketing & Branding Officer with research on relevant industry trade events, marketing & branding initiatives, digital & programmatic marketing, as well as other duties in this area.
  3. Assist with research and writing articles to be updated on the website and intranet
  4. Assist in coordination of relevant ECIC events
  5. Assist with basic graphic design elements.
  6. Assist in coordinating and managing branding material at ECIC events or where branding opportunity exists.
  7. Assist with CSR and other administrative duties in the Marketing, Communications & CSR department.

Heads of business units and relevant professionals throughout the Corporation.

CSR beneficiaries and outsourcing


  • A three-year qualification in Public Relations, Marketing and Communications, Digital Marketing or Graphic Design. Excellent understanding of the Marketing and Communications practice. Experience in Graphic Design would be an added advantage. Candidate expected to have background and understanding of graphic design programmes.
  • Must be a South African Citizen at the time of application.
  • Under the age of 30
